1. When do I get my tracking number ?

As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. Normally you can receive tracking# in 2 days. ( most time we can provide tracking# in 24 hours )

 

2. I received my tracking number, however it says no records on the carrier web site ?

We can have the tracking# once shipment release, and then send tracking# to you for tracking purpose, if you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later, because sometime the carrier input the shipping information not so quick, however, we can guarantee that the shipment been on the way if you have received tracking#.

 

3. How quickly do you deliver?

We aim to deliver all items as quickly as we can (in 2 days), but please allow up to 10-20 days for delivery of items if you are in USA from date of order. Within European, please allow up to 10-20 days for delivery of items from date of order.

 

4. How much is postage?

We can ship from China to USA, CanadaBrazil, etc.The shipping fee depends on the destination and the weight of the items.Our shipping method is Air-express by EMS.

 

5. Do you ship to PO Boxes? Do you accept dropshipping?

At the current time, we are not shipping to PO boxes addresses. In our shipping policy,we don't accept dropshipping. The items can only ship to the buyer's address.And the airway bill must be signed by the buyer.

 

6. Accuracy of Address

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). Please also make sure, we have your correct e-mail address. Otherwise we will not be able to contact you and therefore we will not be able to confirm or process your order!

 

7. Holiday Shipping

Please allow for additional time during the peak Thanksgiving or Christmas season.

 

8. How do I pay items purchased from vsigi.com?

vsigi.com has selected Western union as our credit vendor of choice for your convenience and security. Western union accepts most credit card payments. You don't need a Western union account if you pay credit cards.

 

9. Cancellation Policy?

Up until any items are posted, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time. Once items have been delivered, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000, there is a cooling off period of 7 days within which you are legally entitled to return items bought online, and receive a full refund. Please note you are still responsible for the full shipping cost and return cost of postage and packaging. Please also obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
