 Oh my goodness I am so pleased with this purchase. I am planning on making a health video in the next few months and knew I would need equipments because lighting in my home is terrible and needed a stable tripod stand for my phone. This is everything I need. Super simple to put together. Super stable and durable stand and OMG the light!! It is so powerful I can stand across the room and have perfect light. It comes with a black carryon bag to store everything away. I am so excited to take family pictures with this light inside our home and many vids to come 👏🏼🙏🏼😁

I'm a film editor ! I do a lot of open boxes filming. Lighting becomes most important setup in my business. With the right light bring up the good detail of the video, save lot of time for edit. few of my studio lights gets burn out, its gotta go it beeen service me well for few years. I can cross of this circle type of LED so Im give it a try.

it Shocks me when the package arrived. Its well pack and the quality is not the cheap knock off one you found on ebay. I set it up for direct on top lighting. i turn it on for 8 hr with out shut off and its not even hot nor any issues.

The Bluetooth remote also allows me to remote turn off the light without a walk near .

I got this for amateur food photography and it has definitely met my expectations for a decent defused lighting package without being overkill. In my attached photos you can see the warm and white light defusers that come with it. They are very quick and easy to change and thick enough so they won't easily get damaged when not in use. The on/off switch with variable light dimmer is a nice touch and within easy reach to adjust while shooting. My "mailbox" test subject shows example photos taken with the two different defusers attached (and one set with no defuser). In each set, I had the light positioned first at 10:00 and secondly at 7:00. The photo attachment and blue-tooth remote shutter are also nice bonus features, but I personally didn't need to use them at this time so I didn't test them out. Overall I would definitely recommend and I'm glad that I got this as part of my new lighting studio setup.

I bought this light for my daughter who is making videos for the internet. She was looking at buying a smaller version with a limited number of light intensities and colors, but I thought it would be better to have one large enough to fit the camera inside the ring. This easily accomodates a iPhone 6S Plus.
I wanted a wide base to prevent accidental tipping. This stand has a solid, 30" wide base (my ruler is only 15" but you can get the idea from the scale).

The stand is tall. The pic shows my 5'4" daughter with her arm in the air and the light is beyond her reach.

I took a pic that shows what a hot shoe is (for those who may not be familiar with the term). The pic I took shows how camera parts can connect by sliding into a slot, and a threaded nut that then tightens down to clamp into place. This can be used for regular cameras by simply removing the cell phone holder.

Finally, I took a picture of how the spring loaded cell phone grip spreads to hold the 6S Plus. This was a tight stretch but it was all we needed (and will likely loosen to make it easier as it gets some use).

Remote works via bluetooth with your phone. All we could get it to do was take still pics and increase the volume on the phone. We could not start or stop video recording but as this wasn't something we were looking for it really didn't take away from our satisfaction.

Finally, she was able to assemble most of it without any help while I was at work, but she did not want to do too much and (maybe) mess things up. All she struggled with was attaching the light to the stand which was just a matter of loosening a wingnut dropping, adding the light, and tightening the nut. All things considered this was a solid purchase and my daughter is anxious to begin making videos... after school ;-)
