Would recommend

The part that goes on my phone has to stretch all the way open to fit my lgv10 and is a little tight but I suppose that's good. I purchased this one because with the flexible tripod was only like $2 than just the part that holds my phone since I plan to use it with my big tripod. The tripod that comes with this is a little weak, just the weight on my phone will cause it to tilt if not placed perfectly but I suppose it does its job, it's not bad. Worth the price.

A Company as Great as Their Products

This tripod functions really well, and can even be positioned in any number of ways, and can grip bars and ledges for support as well. The travel case is thick and durable, and the adjustable phone mount has a strong grip, but wont damage your phone.

SiGi was easy to contact and correspond with, as well. I had a damaged phone mount (it was crushed during shipment), and when I told them and sent them a picture, they over-nighted me a replacement part at no charge. I could not be happier with this transaction

In some ways better than a Gorilla

I bought a Gorilla first but when I needed a second, I opted for this one. Great value. Reasonable construction: just be careful not to bend a leg at a sharp angle too quickly or it will pop off. I was able to pop it back in without a problem but that's something to keep in mind.

Something that I liked MORE than the gorilla is that the head attachment makes small adjustments smoothly, whereas my Gorilla seems so more jerky, incremental adjustments.

Not as sturdy as I thought it was going to be. The phone is heavy compared to the legs and at times it won't stay how I mold it.

Not sturdy enough

This stand didn't hold the weight of my phone well, I have an iPhone 6 , not even plus. The legs are too weak and did not support the phone well. Also, it has no setting for a horizontal (landscape) view.

This tripod works well, but I wish it was a little sturdier. Maybe it's just my giant Galaxy , but It doesn't always keep my phone as steady as I'd like. One of the legs is loose and periodically comes apart in the middle. I don't know that I would trust it to hold my phone up very high. I do like that I can take off the phone holder part and mount it to my big camera tripod. I'll probably just use it like that from now on and not worry about the flexible arms.
