SiGi Rechargeable Li-ion Battery NP-F970 NP F970 Digital Camera Battery for Sony NP-F970 F960 F950

All charged up and is holding charge after three days just sitting. I was looking for voltage drop, like other after mkt. batteries. This big battery is well made and mounted in my monitor good and tight. I was a little afraid, because of it's weight to not stay in the monitor slot. All is well.

I've been a little leery of lithium ion since Boeing jets couldn't put out the fires internally. Some laptops ignited as did kids hoverboards due to quick charging and thus thermal runaway. Engineers have now learned how to keep them cool by charging them slowly like 8 to 12 hours. Vendors know the batteries themselves have a discharge cutoff circuitry in place so they are almost idiot proof. I am a Noahs Ark stockpiler. I only charge in attendance. These may look little but in electronics, expect a full days photo shoot or a flood light worth at least 4 hours. 6.6 Ah isn't a Nicad. A good investment if you have patience and a Goldilocks Zone to store them. Thumbs up *

What most people do not realize is that ALL (almost all? If there are exceptions, I have found one yet) are made in the same factory of the parts, on the same machines by the same Chinese hands with a different label put on. This is especially true with rechargeable batteries, and not just camera batteries. Carefully inspect the fine detail in the plastic molding to see for yourself. Even the sprue marks are the same (Note this is not unique to China, US companies do it also.). You can pay more for a brand name, but the name is all you are paying for. This battery is no better and no worse than any other NP-F970.

Good quality battery. Enough juice for a whole day on my field monitor. Till now i have nothing bad to say about these batteries. Even thinking of buying 2 more.

Great battery life and value for the money ! this is like the third set of batteries that we get for our second studio, after seeing that they are really long lasting and help us work in a better way without worrying about cables, this is simply , to us, the way to go! from the fact that we avoid cables inside and we cant also shoot outside these are our battery option ! 6600mah or more to work comfortably :)

I purchased this battery to power up an EMART ring light and boy am I happy! The battery charges and fits well. I'm so happy with the purchase until I've purchased another battery because it works and works well!

So far I absolutely love these batteries. They seem to fit all of my devices and the quality seems very decent. I have several dozen cycles on the batteries and they still seem to hold a great charge. I would totally buy these again. I will update this review if there’s any future problems.

This battery seems to last as long as the OEM battery to power a LED video light. When powering my external video monitor it lasts a couple of minutes less but nothing significant as both e the OEM and this battery power it for almost 3 hours so maybe 5 minutes less is not a significant difference.

Arrivate in tempo e perfette. Sono di dimensioni generose, ma in affetti hanno una capacita' altissime che si rivela ottima per supportare il mio illuminatore a pannello dalla Viltrox. Veramente consigliate!
