The stand balances the mic well. the whole thing is compact but not toy like. I am amazed at the sound quality. I added a diffuser to cut down background sounds. I usually buy expensive mics but I tried this one and Love it.

I needed a mic for when I am doing remote podcasts, and wanted something better than my phone mic.
This fit the bill perfectly.
It sounds great,, and even came with the pass through cable to connect headphones too, so I can properly monitor.

This turns my iPad into a perfect portable podcasting studio wherever I am.

The included tripod is just right too. Love it

This little inexpensive microphone produces remarkably good audio quality. My older expensive microphone had started having issues. After reading reviews for this microphone I decided to give it a try. I tested it on my Fire Tablet and it sounded very good. And I recorded a podcast with this microphone on my Chromebook with my Lexis Audio Editor and was very pleased. This is my 55th year in broadcasting and I am amazed how technology for products like this can be so good and so affordable.

Unbelievable garbage!! I realize this thing was dirt cheap, but my goodness, it only picks up every other syllable. Don't believe the positive comments, don't waste your money on this. The mic on my camera works better than this thing. I have one positive. It comes with a great stand, now you can proudly display this garbage.

Ok, this is an honest review, for those SiGi users, that are unable to set up the mic for the speak function , wao finaly the perfect solution, very sensitive voice recognition for this language learning program wich is hard to set up , I have tried several mics in the past with bad results ,now my search is over I am very satisfied with this product, good value for the money

Almost 6 months later I am using this mic daily!!! It’s really an excellent inexpensive mic ! I use it On my ASMR channel And for voice overs and for voice overs with no issues! It’s very crisp and clear and picks up sounds like a expensive mic. I’m considering buying another one just to have in case something happens to mine. If you’re looking for an inexpensive Mic This is absolutely is! Also I see they raise the price if you Bucks And I would have to still pay the price for this Mic

Just received and so far it’s just ok. I do a lot of Lofi ASMR so I don’t really care for expensive mics , I simply use my iPhone headphones which works fine. I wanted to get a little something different for eating ASMR so I purchased this.

The mic itself is very light and is plastic. It almost feels like a play toy mic lol. The mic stand doesn’t adjust ... all which is Fine by me. Tbh you don’t have to be right on top of the mic to get a good clear sound. Also just use a different stand if that’s what’s your looking for.

At first it wasn’t working. There are no instructions but I think it’s pretty self explanatory you just plug in the cords to your headphone jack. The usb has 2 sides make sure you plug the mic into the pink side that shows a mic icon and you can plug your headphones into the other one.

Now I am using an iPhone 6s Plus to record and I am able to use the adapter piece to plug into my mic jack. However if you have an iPhone 7 or more you’ll need a different adapter obviously. That could also be the issue for some people as to why it hasn’t worked for their iPhone. Those iPhone adapters are a bit crap sometimes.

Anyway the sound is crisp and clear. You can def hear every background noise more clear too. As I said before you don’t even have to be close to the mic at all. The cord is also long as well. The sound is really great and I’m impressed for a $12 mic

I will continue to play around with it and see if anything changes. Also it doesn’t have any switches to show it’s on . Just plug in , record and listen back to see if it’s working.

Works pretty good for the money, they send adapters but...............NOTHING about why they sent adapters and why the adapter colors are different or anything, original red adapter work fine, the other adapters fit in the microphone jack just fine also, it said on package something about using USB, that's NOT AVAILABLE on this unit so don't know why it says anything about USB??????? Mic volume was super LOW so had to adjust microphone settings in windows and increased the DB to 20, tried 30 but 30 made it have constant reverb and never quit making noise, playback is loud when talking right into mic but mic just 2 feet away, could not pick up sound very good and playback was not that loud, best to hold close to mouth when using.

Have some issues with the monitor split, but i believe this is do to being an older PC.

Not as good as something like a YETI mic, especially with the almost no options on this mic. But background noise is not bad with this.

The stand is kind of a pain to get the mic in and out but other than that is very good.

Cord is long so you should have little trouble placing it.

If you are looking for a mic on a budget or one for your kids to beat around.. this is the one too get.

Stand and adapter are the reason i took of one star, but really don't let this bother you... at the price it is very little concern.
